This knife has the aesthetics and sharpness of a Japanese knife with a good weight of a Germany knife which I liked.
Most of the photos (the nicer ones) are taken with this camera with the 18mm-135mm multi purpose kit lens. Videos in my youtube channel are also taken with this camera.
A very versatile tool that I used for flipping from the delicate fish fillets to the burgers that occasionally stuck on a pan or grill.
The original "microplane". A must for every chef! For finely grating cheese and zesting of citrus fruits. The brand name "microplane" became synonymous to a hand held grater or zester.
I used 2 of these for my still photo and 1 for video. It's definitely value for money. It's decently bright and dimmable.
Pan roast, pan sear, stew, braise and bake! You can basically do anything with these! It works on induction stove too! I used this to bake my sourdough bread with great results.
Yongnuo is a trustworthy third party camera equipment maker. I find their range of product value for money and is of decent quality. I have been using this flash for 2 years and still going strong. I also own a Yongnuo 50mm f1.8 lens which is great for portraits.
