About Me

Shatec graduated with more than 18 years of western professional cooking in various types of establishments from fine dining to bistros to cafe. I am currently a lecturer for western culinary arts in ITE college west.

I created this site during the COVID-19 pandemic where I had to work from home most of the time. This meant that I saved 3 hours thereabouts of commuting time daily. This site is meant to showcase my cooking hoping to inspire my students to cook more at home.
